The Lake Comanche Property Owners Association is incorporated in the state of Texas, filing number: 800077474. The governing documents of the Association are the Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, and 2006 Approved Amendments. In order to fund the operations and upkeep of the community, there is currently an annual dues assessment on each property of $245.00. Annually, the Association members vote for the Board of Directors who are in charge of conducting, managing and controlling the affairs of the Association. In addition to being Board Members, the Directors also hold offices within the Association. The current Directors, whose term expires in March of 2006, are as follows with the offices they hold:
